Return & Refund Policy
In the scenario of wrong order placed or incorrect order delivered, kindly send the image of the product immediately on email@example.com and max within 24 hours of delivery date.
We will initiate a refund / resend new order as per your guidelines once the parcel is received by us.
In the scenario of a product delivered with damages, kindly take an image of the damaged product and send it to us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery. Please keep the subject line of the email as Subject: - Damaged Parcel - <<"Your Name">>. We will send a replacement parcel within 7 working days, if you need a refund so mentioned accordingly and we will process it.
